Rooted and Reaching

This Giclée Cyanotype print was originally created using hand-coated, light-sensitive paper and a bitter melon vine. Charged by the sun here in Hawaiʻi, the winding vine and twisting tendrils are captured in the beautiful, deep Prussian Blue of the cyanotype process.

Bitter melon speaks to resilience, adaptability, and the instinct to grow and find a way forward. Its winding vine reflects the balance between staying rooted and reaching outward, embracing change while continuing to grow.

Printed on eco-friendly archival fine art paper using responsible raw materials and archival pigment inks. Signed Limited Edition
